Our standard shipping options are UPS Ground and USPS international mail. When you place an order you can select a shipment method for your order. Delivery charges will be applied according to your selection.

Signature requests A signature request is a $3 charge from UPS. If you request one, the charge will be added to your card.

GLOBAL
All global orders MUST be shipped to the card holders address. You must also provide a phone number in order to meet the requirements of the shipping authority. We will attempt to verify your address with your cards issuing bank. If we cannot verify your information, we may have to cancel your order.

Global orders are responsible for any duties or tariffs that may be applicable. The fees we charge do not have any customs fees attached to them. That will be charged to you by your countrys postal system when you receive your package based on the value claimed.

CANADIAN ORDERS preferred method is UPS Standard.
Air post – USPS First Class International is our standard ship method ~ $15.00 This service does not offer any guarantee and cannot be tracked. However, it is the most economical choice. If your package was to be delayed or lost by the mail carrier, or the receiving countries mail carrier, there is nothing we can do to correct the situation (or refund any monies) and you may not receive your package. Although this is rare, it can happen.
UPS Worldwide Expedited $28 Your package will be shipped with insurance and a guaranteed delivery of 4-5 days after shipping.
Special customs papers, gas mileage and time are included with these special hand deliveries. A flat fee of $3 may be added to the shipping total. |
