Our African Shea Butters are super-creamy and penetrates quickly to protect, nourish and moisturize the skin. Shea Butter, derived from the nut of the Karite tree grown in Africa, is probably the only thing your skin should ever need on it!
As a part of our concern for human health and environment, our supplier carries only shea butter that has been naturally extracted from the hand collected nuts that grow from the wild crafted trees of the dry African savannah. Pure, organic, unrefined shea butter. Handcrafted in Togo, West Africa
*Note: We only sell premium quality shea butter. We do not sell lower or soap grade shea butter. There are lots of inferior quality shea butters on the market. Some that are not fit for human use. We do not sell inferior grades.
Shea Butter has an array of amazing healing properties stemming form its physical make up of Vitamin A, E and cinnamic acid. It also contains natural UV sun protection. It has been shown to increase the healing of wounds and improve scars. It is used to heal eczema, burns, rashes, severely dry skin and to lessen the irritation of psoriasis. We have many aromatic scents to invigorate and calm, or just evoke fond thoughts and memories from another space in time.
This butter can be custom scented (or unscented).
